The Dream Academy is a global consulting and L&D company that helps people and organizations bring their Dreams to life at work.
We spend 40, 60, even 90+ hours per week working, yet many of us don’t enjoy what we do. On a practical level, this creates turnover, lack of engagement, and unproductive or even worse, unhealthy work environments. On a personal level, it eats away at our soul causing discouragement and sometimes even depression.
