week three | Vision
Once you know your Dream, it’s time to visualize. The Dream gives you the broad strokes and the vision gives you a clear path forward. Just like a GPS, when we know where we are and where we’re headed we can embark on a life-changing journey…

Effective goal setting
How to set yourself up for success
Week four: who
What makes a candidate stand out? How do you get the attention of recruiters and hiring managers? There are jobs, and then there are Dream Jobs. What’s yours and how will you set yourself apart?

Week five: what
If you are speaking to the right who offering the right what, you will be successful. Is your resume and LinkedIn profile aligned with your Dream Job? Are you clearly communicating who you are and the value your provide? How can you create better ways to highlight your skills?

17 years ago, I was asked a single question that changed my life: “What would you do if you had 6 months to live?” I started a blog to find out what would happen if I took 6 months to truly live—to appreciate life’s moments, to let those around me know I loved them, and most importantly, to pursue my dreams even when the path was unclear or difficult. My original 6-month experiment was so compelling that it turned into a life philosophy: be true to who you are and create a life you love!
Along the way, I trained thousands of people all over the world and worked with over 100 clients in my own consulting business, helping everyone from startups to Fortune 100 and 500 multinationals create their visions in business.
I saw a consistent theme: when people are passionate about what they do and where they spend their time, magic happens! When they aren’t, there is a lack of engagement, turnover, and decline.
