14 years ago, I was asked a single question that changed my life: “What would you do if you had 6 months to live?” I started a blog to find out what would happen if I took 6 months to truly live—to appreciate life’s moments, to let those around me know I loved them, and most importantly, to pursue my dreams even when the path was unclear or difficult. My original 6-month experiment was so compelling that it turned into a life philosophy: be true to who you are and create a life you love!
Along the way, I trained thousands of people all over the world and worked with over 100 clients in my own consulting business, helping everyone from startups to Fortune 100 and 500 multinationals create their visions in business.

As a Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Health Coach and Reiki Practitioner, I approach my work with others from a compassion centered "whole-istic" perspective, exploring how our mind, body, spirit, and relationships with others interact and affect one another. Importantly, I believe that the body, in its wisdom, is always working to heal itself and communicating messages to us (sometimes in the form of symptoms).
In my counseling and coaching practice, I specialize in the holistic treatment of anxiety, and I integrate a variety of healing modalities in my work including meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, gut health, and nutrition.
Connecting with others on the path whether in my private practice, on retreat or in group setting is always an honor. I wholeheartedly believe that one’s commitment to mind-body-spirit-relationship healing is a powerful avenue for facilitating social change and social justice on a large scale. As we each commit to becoming more conscious, we can live in a more conscious world.
