16 years ago, I was asked a single question that changed my life: “What would you do if you had 6 months to live?” I started a blog to find out what would happen if I took 6 months to truly live—to appreciate life’s moments, to let those around me know I loved them, and most importantly, to pursue my dreams even when the path was unclear or difficult. My original 6-month experiment was so compelling that it turned into a life philosophy: be true to who you are and create a life you love!
Along the way, I worked with thousands of people all over the world, helping everyone from soloprenuers and small businesses to Fortune 100 and 500 multinationals create their visions in business.
I saw a consistent theme: when people are passionate about what they do and where they spend their time, magic happens!

She is the founder of Alden’s Energy Healing, a spiritual wellness practice rooted in lunar cycles, ancestral wisdom, and nervous-system-regulating energetic care.
With nearly a decade of experience guiding clients through profound emotional and spiritual transformation, Alden weaves together Reiki, crystal medicine, sound healing, breathwork, channeling, and intuitive oracle work to create deeply held, soul-restoring experiences. Alden’s relationship with Scotland is both personal and ancestral. Her guidance is shaped by years of study with respected teachers including Mat Auryn, Rebecca Campbell, Hibiscus Moon, Lune Innate, Jurian Hughes, and David Magone, alongside extensive training and certification as a Reiki Master, advanced crystal healing practitioner, sound alchemy and crystal singing bowl healer, breathwork and meditation facilitator, and Let Your Yoga Dance guide.
During Dream Experience: Scotland, Alden will guide participants through ceremonial healing sessions, sound alchemy, land attunements, and intuitive practices designed to open communication with the spirits of place—especially at powerful sites such as the Fairy Glen on the Isle of Skye and the Callanish Standing Stones on the Isle of Lewis. Her role is to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply connected as you cross thresholds into remembrance, healing, and magic.
