The Dream Academy is a global academy that helps people bring their Dreams to life in work.
We spend 40, 60, sometimes even 90+ hours per week working, yet many of us don’t enjoy what we do. On a practical level, this creates turnover, lack of engagement, and unproductive or even worse, unhealthy work environments. On a personal level, it eats away at our soul causing discouragement and sometimes even depression.
